CorgiBet Privacy Notice for Accounts, Payments and Personal Data
Effective Date: 19 July 2026
Last Updated: 19 July 2026
This Privacy Notice explains how Ceshiroza SRL, trading as CorgiBet, handles personal data when you visit our site, create an account, play games, use the sportsbook, contact support or make a payment. It also covers identity verification, safer gambling monitoring, cookies, marketing preferences and your privacy rights.
We process gambling-account data because the service cannot operate without accurate identity, payment and security records. Some processing follows your account contract, some meets legal or regulatory duties, and some protects legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and system security. Optional marketing depends on your choices.
Who Controls Your Data
Ceshiroza SRL controls the personal data described in this Notice. CorgiBet operates under Anjouan Gaming licence ALSI-202408027-FI2. Questions about privacy, access requests or marketing preferences can be sent to [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.

When This Notice Applies
The Notice covers data created through our website, mobile browser access, progressive web app, account area, cashier, casino games, sportsbook, live chat, email and responsible gambling tools. It also applies when you submit a complaint, enter a promotion, request account closure or send verification documents.
Third-party game studios, payment providers, wallet services and external websites may control some data under their own privacy notices. Their independent processing falls outside this document, even when you reach the service through CorgiBet.
Personal Data We Collect
Registration and profile data
We collect your full name, date of birth, residential address, email, telephone number, country, chosen currency, username and account settings. If you update the profile, we retain enough history to investigate account access, payment ownership or fraud concerns.
Identity and verification records
KYC data may include a passport, identity card, driving licence, proof of address, selfie, liveness result, payment ownership evidence and source-of-funds or source-of-wealth material. We record the verification outcome, dates, reasons for further review and any restrictions applied while a check remains open.
Financial and transaction data
We process deposit and withdrawal amounts, timestamps, currency, payment method, masked card or account identifiers, wallet address, transaction ID, payment status and chargeback information. Payment providers usually retain the full card or banking credentials; we receive the information needed to approve, reject, reconcile or investigate the transaction.
Gambling and bonus activity
Account records include game rounds, sports bets, stake values, wins, losses, session duration, bonus activation, wagering progress, free-spin use, cashback, cancelled offers and withdrawal requests. Safer gambling indicators may be generated from deposit frequency, failed transactions, rapid changes in stakes, long sessions or repeated attempts to raise limits.
Device and technical information
We receive IP address, browser, operating system, device type, language, approximate location, login time, session identifier, referral information, cookie IDs, security events and diagnostic logs. Device fingerprinting can help us identify duplicate accounts, automated access, account takeover and abuse of promotions.
Communications
We retain live-chat transcripts, emails, complaint records, telephone notes, survey responses and files sent to support. Sensitive documents should be uploaded through the secure account area whenever that route is available.
Why We Process Personal Data
| Purpose | Typical data | Main legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Create and administer your account | Identity, contact and profile details | Performance of contract |
| Process deposits and withdrawals | Transaction and payment ownership data | Contract, legal obligation |
| Verify identity and age | ID, address and liveness records | Legal obligation, legitimate interests |
| Detect fraud and money laundering | Device, payment, account and risk data | Legal obligation, legitimate interests |
| Run games, bets and promotions | Gambling, bonus and balance records | Performance of contract |
| Apply safer gambling controls | Session, deposit, loss and limit data | Legal obligation, legitimate interests |
| Resolve complaints and disputes | Communications, system and transaction logs | Contract, legal claims |
| Improve site performance | Device, cookie and diagnostic data | Legitimate interests, consent where required |
| Send optional promotions | Contact data and marketing preferences | Consent or permitted legitimate interests |
We do not use consent where processing remains necessary for account administration, payment records, identity checks or a legal retention duty. Withdrawing marketing consent stops optional advertising; it does not erase records we must keep for security, payment or regulatory reasons.
Automated Checks and Risk Decisions
Automated tools may flag unusual device activity, duplicate registration details, payment mismatch, rapid deposit behaviour, bonus abuse or account-takeover risk. A flag can temporarily hold a payment or request additional evidence. It does not always produce a final decision by itself; trained staff can review the record and the information you submit.
You may ask support for an explanation of a decision that significantly affects account access or a withdrawal. We may withhold details that would reveal fraud-detection rules or weaken security controls.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Essential cookies keep you signed in, remember security settings, protect the cashier and route traffic correctly. Preference cookies retain language, currency display and selected account options. Analytics cookies measure page use, loading errors and navigation paths. Marketing or attribution cookies can record a campaign source, promotion click or referral relationship.
Browser storage, pixels, SDK functions and device identifiers can perform similar tasks. Where consent is required, optional cookies remain off until you choose them. Blocking essential cookies can prevent login, payment confirmation or game launch. You can change non-essential preferences through the cookie tool or browser settings.
Who Receives Personal Data
We share the minimum data needed with contracted providers that support the service. Recipients can include:
- payment processors, acquiring banks, wallet providers and fraud-screening services;
- identity, address, age and source-of-funds verification providers;
- game studios, sportsbook platforms and data-feed suppliers;
- hosting, content-delivery, cybersecurity and logging providers;
- live-chat, email and customer-service systems;
- analytics, consent-management and marketing platforms;
- professional advisers, auditors and insurers;
- licensing bodies, regulators, courts, law-enforcement agencies and tax authorities where disclosure is lawful.
We do not sell account identity or KYC documents. A corporate merger, sale or reorganisation may transfer data to the successor subject to confidentiality, due diligence and applicable privacy law.
International Transfers
Our providers and operational teams may process data outside your country. When the receiving country does not provide equivalent legal protection, we use contractual safeguards, access restrictions, transfer assessments or other lawful mechanisms. Security, fraud and support operations may require cross-border access to a limited record.
How Long We Keep Data
Retention depends on the type of record and the reason it exists. We keep active account information while you use the service. After closure, KYC, transaction, anti-fraud and complaint data can remain for at least five years, or longer where a regulator, legal claim, payment dispute or anti-money-laundering rule requires it.
Routine technical logs are normally kept for a shorter period unless they form part of a security investigation. Marketing preference records remain long enough to honour an opt-out. Self-exclusion information can be retained after account closure so that we can continue blocking access and promotions.
How We Protect Records
We use encrypted connections, role-based access, account authentication, restricted document storage, transaction monitoring, security logging and staff confidentiality controls. Payment data is masked where full credentials are unnecessary. We review access permissions and investigate suspicious sign-ins, unusual withdrawals and changes to contact details.
No online system can remove every security risk. Protect your password, email account and device; do not share one-time codes or wallet seed phrases. Contact support immediately if you see an unfamiliar login, profile change or transaction.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request:
- access to personal data and a copy of selected records;
- correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- deletion where no legal or contractual retention duty remains;
- restriction while accuracy or lawful processing is disputed;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests;
- portability of data supplied under contract or consent;
- withdrawal of consent for optional processing;
- review of a significant automated decision;
- marketing opt-out at any time;
- the right to complain to a competent privacy authority.
Send the request from your registered email and describe the right you want to exercise. We may verify your identity before releasing or changing data. A standard response is normally provided within one month, although complex or repeated requests can take longer where the law permits.
Marketing Choices
You can change email, SMS and push-notification preferences in your account or through the unsubscribe link. Responsible gambling restrictions and self-exclusion override promotional consent. Service messages concerning security, account changes, payments or updated legal terms may still be sent because they are not advertising.
Children and Age Verification
CorgiBet does not permit anyone under 18, or under the higher legal gambling age in their location, to open an account or gamble. We use age and identity checks and may suspend access until satisfactory evidence is supplied. Parents and guardians should use device filters, payment controls and password protection to prevent underage access.
Account Closure and Deletion
Closing an account ends ordinary access but does not automatically erase every record. Payment history, KYC evidence, self-exclusion records, complaint files and fraud data may remain under legal and security retention rules. We delete or anonymise information once no lawful purpose justifies keeping it.
Changes to This Notice
We update this Notice when data practices, providers, legal duties or account functions change. The Last Updated date identifies the current text. Material changes may also appear in the account area or be sent to the registered email.
